Kontracktor ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of the Kontracktor mobile application.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Business data: Lead information you enter into the app including customer names, phone numbers, job descriptions, and job statuses.
• Reminder data: Reminders you create within the app.
• Device information: Basic device information required to send push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to operate and improve the Kontracktor app:

• To store and sync your leads and reminders across devices
• To send push notifications for reminders you have set
• To allow you to recover access to your account if you forget your password
• To improve the app based on usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Each user's data is isolated — no contractor can access another contractor's information.

4. Third-Party Services

Kontracktor uses the following third-party services to operate:

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including leads and reminders will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data

7. Children's Privacy

Kontracktor is intended for use by adults operating independent contracting businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
